Dementia is the leading cause of disability for people over 65 in Australia. Working in collaboration with a local aged care facility, we documented the uplifting impact of a unique project. Holding the story was conceived by author and communications professional Michelle Royce. Working with families living with dementia she co-creates a family story with them and through the process allows families to find a deeper connection with their loved one suffering from dementia. We followed three families and they create their stories.
